DESIGN
The Design work of Fifteen 22 is the practical expression of clear ideas and thoughtful strategy. It is where plans take form and decisions become tangible. We have designed everything from websites and marketing campaigns to large-scale events serving audiences of more than 10,000 people.
Our work spans digital and physical environments, always focused on clarity, coherence, and use. Design is not about aesthetics alone—it is about creating work that functions, communicates, and holds up under real-world conditions.
The goal is the same in every case: to turn well-considered plans into work that people can understand, trust, and engage with.
Selected areas of expertise: websites, brand identity, messaging and copy, marketing campaigns, digital advertising, event design and production.

A client contacted Fifteen 22 just days before a major industry convention, needing a way to stand out in a crowded exhibition hall.
In a compressed timeframe, we designed convention-specific branded materials, including bold visual assets, printed collateral, and booth graphics tailored to the audience and setting. We also worked directly with the team via live video to reorganize their existing booth layout, improving visual hierarchy and overall presence without requiring new infrastructure.
The result was immediate differentiation. Attendees were drawn to the booth not only for its clarity and cohesion, but because the brand expression sparked curiosity and conversation. The client reported a significant increase in engagement compared to previous events.

A client approached Fifteen 22 after their annual fundraiser underperformed financially. The question was simple: why did momentum stall?
Working closely with leadership, we identified multiple friction points—from messaging clarity to giving mechanics—that were limiting donor engagement. We then integrated streamlined, user-friendly giving systems into both the event experience and the organization’s website to remove barriers to participation.
Beyond technical improvements, we redesigned the fundraiser itself—from run of show to printed materials—creating a cohesive visual and narrative experience. The result was a more compelling event, reduced production costs, and a measurable increase in both total donations and new donor acquisition.

“After spending thousands of dollars and months trying to build a website… [Matt] came in, identified the issues, and built a new site in a matter of days. We would have been happy with just a functioning website, but he took the time to research our small town so thoroughly that the websitecopy reads as if he had lived here for years.”
